Terms of Service
These Terms govern purchases from the Teematy online store. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under EU and Polish consumer law.
About us
Teematy sells art posters and apparel and ships from Warsaw, Poland. Contact: teematyposters@gmail.com.
Products
Product images are for illustration; small variations in color may occur due to screen settings and print batches. Posters are sold unframed unless stated otherwise.
Orders
An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email; the sales contract is concluded when we accept the order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing or stock errors — if payment was taken, it is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown including applicable VAT for EU customers. The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods are listed at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery
We ship from Poland. Estimated delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. On top of that, Teematy offers a 30-day return window — see our Refund Policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Complaints and legal guarantee
All products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity: if an item is faulty or not as described, you can ask for a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund within two years of delivery. Send complaints to our email with your order number and photos; we respond within 14 days.
Custom products
For personalized orders you confirm that you own the rights to, or are authorized to use, any photo or artwork you send us, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You approve a preview before printing; after approval, the design is final.
Intellectual property
The Teematy name, logo and store content may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.
Liability
We are liable as required by law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes can also be submitted to the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
