Shipping Policy

Every Teematy order ships from our studio in Warsaw, Poland.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Personalized products may take longer — you approve a preview before we print.

Delivery estimates

  • Poland: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Estimates are typical times, not guaranteed dates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Packaging

Posters ship rolled in rigid tubes or flat in reinforced mailers. Apparel ships in protective mailers.

Customs (outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. For US orders under 800 USD, no import duty normally applies.

Issues with delivery

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email teematyposters@gmail.com with your order number — we will resolve it with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or refund.
