Returns and Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns work at Teematy.
Return window
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Posters must be returned in protective packaging (a tube or flat mailer) to avoid transport damage.
- Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags attached.
- Personalized and custom-made products (custom posters, personalized prints and apparel made to your specification) are excluded from return in line with EU consumer law (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to start a return
Email teematyposters@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we confirm the refund by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. If you have not received your refund after that time, check with your bank first, then contact us.
